In this project, the wall mass to the left was partially blocking the view to the family room. The contractor removed the wall mass and opened up the dining and kitchen spaces with segmental arches. The main focus was the kitchen, where cabinets and flooring were replaced, and appliances were relocated as required by the client. Also, a small bay window in the kitchen was replaced with a larger triple casement window giving a better view of the backyard. This project is in Preston Hollow Dallas, Texas.
Here, we created a new Gameroom, Office, and Media Room in the large attic space. Existing dormers were modified to bring in light. Wood ceiling beams add to the ambiance of the space. In addition, the Master Bath, Kitchen, and Dining Room were also renovated. This project is in the Barton Creek area of Austin, Texas.
In this remodel, we took out an existing staircase between the Kitchen and Living Room. This allowed for a direct view from the Kitchen to the Living Room. A Wet Bar was added as well as a floating staircase in the Entry Foyer beyond. This project is on the Glen Eagles Golf Course in Plano, Texas.
This was a whole house remodel. The sunken Living Room floor was raised to match the floor level at the rest of the house. The existing brick fireplace was re-faced with stone and the old staircase was replaced with a modern stair. Steel cross beams in the ceiling complete this contemporary finish out. This project is in Dallas, Texas.
